Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an InfluencerNest account or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service with InfluencerNest LLC. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use InfluencerNest.
3. Subscriptions and billing
InfluencerNest Pro is billed at $19.99 per month or $179.99 per year, in advance and on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the deals, contracts, documents and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the service for you, including generating AI summaries and guidance at your request.
5. AI features
Deal extraction, contract summaries and rate guidance are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. Always review the underlying contract and consult a professional before making decisions.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access other users' data, no reverse engineering, and no reselling or scraping the service without our written permission.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep InfluencerNest available and reliable, but the service is provided as-is without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfluencerNest LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost deals. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other users or for us.
