Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

InfluencerNest is operated by INFLUENCERNEST LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("InfluencerNest", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can do about it.

It covers theinfluencernest.com, app.theinfluencernest.com and the InfluencerNest mobile app.

2. Information you give us

Your account. Your email address. We do not use passwords, so we never store one. You sign in by entering a one-time code we email to you.

Your profile. Your first name and your default currency, if you provide them, and anything else you choose to add to your media kit, such as audience statistics, rates and links to your social accounts.

Your work. Everything you put into the Service: brands and their contact details, deals, deliverables, prices, payment amounts and dates, invoices, notes, deadlines, calendar entries, scripts, contracts and other documents you upload, and video content you upload for review.

Some of this is other people's personal information, for example the names and email addresses of brand contacts you record. You are responsible for having a proper basis to give us that information, and we process it on your behalf.

3. Information we collect automatically

Technical and log data. When you use the Service, our hosting and infrastructure providers record standard technical information including your IP address, browser or device type, and the time and nature of requests. Our authentication provider records sign-in events, including IP address, as a security measure.

We use this to run the Service, to diagnose problems, and to detect abuse. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking on the Service.

Push tokens. If you turn on notifications on the mobile app, we store a device identifier so that alerts can be routed to your device.

4. Emails you forward to us

If you use email-based deal creation, you forward brand emails to an address we give you. We receive and process the full email, including the sender's address, the subject, the body and any attachments, in order to extract deal details.

These emails contain other people's personal information. We process that information only to provide the feature to you, and we do not use it for anything else.

Only addresses you have verified can forward email into your account.

5. AI-assisted features

Some features use a third-party AI provider: in-app assistance, brand insights, contract summaries, and extracting deal details from forwarded emails.

To provide these, we send the relevant content to that provider. Depending on the feature, that content can include deal terms, contract text, brand contact names and email addresses, and the body of emails you have forwarded.

Our AI provider does not use this content to train its models. It may retain content for a limited period for security and abuse monitoring under its own policies, after which it is deleted.

AI features run only when you use them. We do not send your data to an AI provider in the background.

6. How we use your information

We use it to:

7. We do not sell your information

11. Where your data is stored

Our providers store and process data in the United States. By using the Service you understand that this transfer takes place.

12. Security

Access to your account requires a one-time code sent to your email address, so the security of your email account matters. We use row-level security in our database so that each account can only reach its own data, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers.

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

We respond to requests within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local law, including the right to access, correct, delete or port your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Email us at the address above and we will help.

15. Children

The Service is not for anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
